Before committing to a clinic space
An early architectural review can show whether a prospective unit can support the intended treatment rooms, patient and staff circulation, support spaces and building services. JMA prepares test fits and reviews existing conditions so owners can understand spatial constraints and coordination needs before design advances.
When a clinic is planned within existing commercial space, we consider landlord and base-building information, accessibility, life safety and consultant coordination as part of the feasibility and permit strategy.
