Developed by Marlin Spring Developments and Trolleybus Urban Development, it introduces new housing within Toronto's Junction Triangle, a district shaped by industrial history and ongoing urban renewal.
Architecture and neighbourhood identity
The architectural expression draws from that context through a robust material palette and copper-toned fritted balcony guards that give the tower a recognizable identity. At lower levels, the building meets the street with a carefully composed base and landscape strategy, while shared indoor and outdoor amenities support daily life for residents.

A fifth-floor outdoor terrace creates an elevated communal space, complemented by indoor fitness, theatre and games areas. Efficient building systems and a high-performance envelope contribute to long-term operational performance.
Construction milestone — June 2026
UrbanToronto's June 16, 2026 construction update reports a tower crane on site following excavation and shoring, and identifies Jahan Mehr Architects as the architect.
