Located on Campbell Avenue north of Dupont Street, the 26-storey purpose-built rental development introduces new housing within a west-end district shaped by industrial history and ongoing urban renewal.

The architectural expression draws from that context through a robust material palette and copper-toned fritted balcony guards that give the tower a recognizable identity. At lower levels, the building meets the street with a carefully composed base and landscape strategy, while shared indoor and outdoor amenities support daily life for residents.

A fifth-floor outdoor terrace creates an elevated communal space, complemented by indoor fitness, theatre and games areas. Efficient building systems and a high-performance envelope contribute to long-term operational performance.

Following planning and design development, excavation and shoring advanced on the site, with construction progress reported in 2026. The project demonstrates JMA’s experience coordinating residential design, approvals, technical documentation and construction on a complex urban site.
