Located near Toronto’s rapidly evolving Stockyards District, 316 Campbell Avenue is a 26-storey purpose-built rental building that places contemporary residential living within an area shaped by industrial history and urban renewal.

Copper-toned fritted balcony guards give the tower a distinctive identity while recalling the material character of the neighbourhood. A high-performance envelope and efficient building systems support the project’s environmental and operational goals.

A generous outdoor amenity terrace at the fifth floor provides an elevated setting for gathering and relaxation. Indoor amenities—including fitness, theatre and games spaces—extend the shared programme and create opportunities for residents to connect.

The project combines housing, amenities and sustainable building performance in a transit-accessible location near major routes, established neighbourhoods and green space.
